This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, one-time purchases, and other paid services purchased through SubTracker (the "Application").
A refund may generally be requested only during the active subscription period or within fourteen (14) days of the applicable purchase. If the subscription period has expired or the applicable purchase period has elapsed before a refund request is submitted, we may be unable to provide a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within fourteen (14) business days and returned through the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform rules.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle You to a refund of subscription fees already paid.
Refund requests relating to subscriptions will be assessed in accordance with this Refund Policy, applicable law, and any applicable platform requirements.
Refund requests relating to one-time purchases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the purchased feature, content, or functionality and applicable legal requirements.
If You purchased a subscription or one-time purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, refund requests may additionally be subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable platform.
In certain circumstances, You may be required to submit Your refund request directly through the applicable platform.
By purchasing paid services through the Application, You agree to this Refund Policy.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through Your payment provider may affect our ability to review or process a refund request.
Residents of certain jurisdictions may be entitled to additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If You reside in California or Connecticut and cancel Your purchase before midnight of the third business day following the date of purchase, You may be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable law.
If You are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, You may have certain statutory withdrawal rights. However, by purchasing and immediately accessing digital services provided through the Application, You expressly request immediate performance of the Services and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Your withdrawal rights may be reduced, limited, or lost once the Services have been provided.
