PAYMENT POLICY

This Payment Policy governs subscription purchases, billing, and payments made in connection with the SubTracker application and related services (the "Services"). By purchasing a subscription, You agree to this Payment Policy, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

PAID SERVICES

Certain features of the Services may require payment.

The Company may offer recurring subscriptions, one-time purchases, premium features, or other paid services. Available plans, pricing, features, and payment terms will be presented to You at the time of purchase.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWAL

Certain paid services are offered on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, You authorize the applicable app store, payment processor, or payment provider to charge the payment method associated with Your account for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other charges associated with the selected subscription plan.

The renewal charge will be processed automatically using the payment method on file unless the subscription is cancelled before the end of the current subscription period.

ONE-TIME PURCHASES

The Services may offer one-time purchases that provide access to specific features, content, or functionality.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, one-time purchases are charged only once and do not automatically renew.

By making a one-time purchase, You authorize the applicable app store, payment processor, or payment provider to charge the payment method associated with Your account for the applicable purchase amount, taxes, and other charges disclosed at the time of purchase.

FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

The Company may offer free trials, discounted subscriptions, promotional pricing, or other special offers from time to time.

Unless otherwise disclosed at the time of enrollment, a free trial or promotional offer will automatically convert into a paid subscription upon expiration of the applicable promotional period.

If You do not wish to be charged, You must cancel before the end of the applicable trial or promotional period.

The Company reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotional offer at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law.

PAYMENT METHODS

Subscription payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized payment processors.

You agree to provide and maintain valid, current, and complete payment information.

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, the Company may suspend or terminate access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the applicable app store account settings or through any cancellation functionality made available within the Services.

If You purchased a subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, cancellation procedures may be subject to the rules and procedures of the applicable platform.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current billing period, and no partial subscription fees will be refunded for any unused portion of the subscription period.

REFUNDS

Refund requests are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.

Additional refund rights may be available through Apple App Store, Google Play, or applicable consumer protection laws.

PRICE CHANGES

The Company reserves the right to modify subscription fees and pricing at any time.

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, advance notice of pricing changes will be provided.

Any pricing changes will apply prospectively and will not affect fees already paid.

TAXES

Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or charged separately as required by applicable law.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges associated with Your subscription except where the Company is required by law to collect and remit such amounts.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

If You purchase a subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, billing, payment processing, cancellation, and refund procedures may additionally be governed by the terms and policies of that platform.

In the event of a conflict between this Payment Policy and the mandatory rules of the applicable platform, the platform rules shall prevail to the extent required.

CHANGES TO THIS PAYMENT POLICY

The Company may update this Payment Policy from time to time.

Any changes will become effective upon publication of the updated version unless otherwise required by applicable law.
